Before you process new or returning family applications, check out this flow chart.  Please remember, don't deposit any checks until admission has been granted.

These interview questions need to be consistent through out all interviews with your families, new and returning.

Both of these documents must be handed out with the application to be reviewed and completed before your interview, per family.

CCWPA provides this Handbook Template with legally reviewed language from a current, full (F/E-Ch.IV) CC community. As a reminder, the F/E and Challenge programs in your community should have one handbook. This in no way construes or limits or requires what your Community needs to have in your Handbook (i.e. photography policy, bikes/wheels, etc.) but CCWPA offers this template as a resource. As a general rule on “handbooks”, write them to include what is necessary and make sure your community IS abiding by the handbook. Make sure all “rules” are enforced or it weakens the overall strength of the handbook. Don’t include expectations unless all member Directors and Tutors in your community are in agreement. This is a tool to set forth agreed upon conduct and a resource for Community families. Keep the conduct and resource sections clearly defined as they serve different purposes.
